Probably the second best soft serve Otaru has to offer, but the most value for money. The Hokkaido Milk ice cream here is milky, creamy and not too sweet. We had this soft serve twice during our trip because we liked it a lot. There are also many other flavours to choose from and sizes range from big to really big. Seems more popular among Japanese tourists compared to Yamanaka Dairy which also attracts a good number of international tourists.

There are plenty of seats in the shop but some customers also choose to eat in their cars. Parking is available but a challenge due to the sheer number of customers. Would recommend waiting for a parking lot as the wait is typically not too long, maybe just up to 10 minutes...
