Musicbox Laboratory Kaimeiro — Local services in Otaru

We had 2 customized music box and it costs us 12000yen all together. I find out the music box is making cracking noise the day when we come back to the hotel, as I can speak Japanese I tried to contact them by kkday and by phone. The phone was HANGED UP! for 3 times, and I had no choice to contact them by kk day and they still haven't reach me out. For a 12000yen with 2 music box and one is even broken (I assume it was broken since i accidently twisted a bit when I was making it and it was already making cracking noise but i thought maybe i didnt do it properly), with such a bad customer service. IF YOU BOOKED HERE PLEASE TRY IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE ! (plus the long haired lady is very rude..) *for reply to the seller, the video is taken after 3 days from the day...

Had a great time decorating a music box. The daughter of the shop owner was managing the shop during the time we were there and was extremely helpful. She did a great job guiding us through picking music, a box, and then decorating said box. Very friendly, very good English for any visiting foreigners.

My only complaint would be that the decorating area is kind of hidden from the front of the store, so I wonder if they'd get more business if it featured more prominently. Still, as far as personal experience went the decorations were cute and everyone I went with had...

Very friendly and helpful some english speaking staff that helped us get along with our music box making experience. Made 3 music boxes for roughly JPY11,000. A bit more than what I expected but still affordable. I say so because I bought the standard kkday package which was about $20 per person but ended up paying more because of customization ($20x3 was deducted from the total price). It would be $60 for the 3 of us if we picked the standard but who could resist the cute figurines so ended up topping up. Also much less people here than the huge...
