McDonald's — Restaurant in Sagamihara

I recently visited this McDonald's location and overall, it was a good experience. We opted for the drive-thru service and were pleasantly surprised by how fast the staff served us. They were friendly and polite, which added a positive touch to our visit. However, there was one small hiccup - they gave us the wrong order and missed one item we had specifically asked for. Although this was a disappointment, we understand that mistakes happen. Nevertheless, it didn't ruin our overall impression...

以前から3回に1回は品数足りず。しかししっかりお金は取られてる。 家族分の注文をテイクアウトした時は必ず足りない。多く入ってたことは1度もない。故意か？と思ってしまう。 帰ってきちゃったし100円程度の物だしと、いつもは泣き寝入りしてたが、今日はポテトLの入れ忘れ。電話も繋がらず商品持って苦情を言いに。 注文履歴の確認してるのを待つ。パートっぽいおばさんに｢じゃあポテト入れときますね｣と言われ、1時間近く前に作られたものを食えと？シェイクなんてドロドロ。決まった時間に食事ができなかった上に家からマックは近くない。しなくていい労力を｢じゃあ｣って何だ。 バイトでは無さそうな男性は横目でチラ見するだけ。チーフか店長か知らんがお前が対応しろよ。

結局商品の返品、新しいものを作ってもらうことで良しとしたが、注文ミスが多い上に苦言をいえばこの対応。もう二度と行かない。 ナゲット異物混入があった時に店舗が過疎ってたからその時潰...
