神奈川県相模原市緑区向原エリアに誕生した、大型商業施設ショッピングセンターであり、2015年（平成27年）３月にグランドオープンしました。周辺には圏央道の相模原インターが通っていることから、その名前が付きました。町屋・原宿エリアのコピオ城山以来ですね。

主に、食料品スーパーの「スーパーアルプス」をメインに買い物する客が多く、他にも家電量販店の「ノジマ」・インテリア専門店の「ニトリ」、イタリアンレストランの「サイゼリヤ」等がございます。スーパーアルプスからノジマまでは、かなり距離があります。冬季はイルミネーションやクリスマスツリーも見られますね。
