大宮駅から徒歩5分くらいの場所。大宮ほとんど来ないけど、ご飯屋さん調べるとラーメン屋がめちゃ多いよう。この日は平日22時前くらいに訪問。つけ麺、油そば、煮干しラーメンが人気みたい。つけ麺とチャーシューご飯を注文。つけ麺はよくある魚介豚骨で、チャーシューご飯もどちらも美味しかったです。が、これと言った特徴はないので遠くに行った時わざわざ食べるというよりは、近くにあったらたまに行きたくなるなってお店でした。

水曜日の20時前に食べログを見て、初訪問！ 店内の先客は2組で閑散とした様子ではありますが、ラーメン店にしては清潔感は比較的有るのかな?? という印象。 店内は、厨房に沿う形でカウンター席と壁際にテーブル席！

店内には券売機はなく、メニューを見て注文するスタイルのようなので、つけ麺　特盛を注文！ 麺を茹でるのに8分程お時間を頂きます...とのお声がけがあり、提供までは約10分程...。

■つけめん　特盛について つけ麺には刻み海苔が添えられているだけのシンプル！ スープには刻んだチャーシューが少量とメンマ・薬味の刻み葱が少々...。

早速麺から頂くと、麺自体は中太の加水率高めの縮れ麺！ モチモチ感は適度にはありますが、歯ごたえや喉ごし・麺の旨味と言われると正直パンチがなく、正直褒められる点がほぼ無いなという印象。 また冷水での締め自体も甘く、麺が少しよれ気味なのかな??...
