大宮駅西口アルシェビルにあるパソコン専門店。パソコン本体から携帯電話、タブレットや周辺機器更には一眼レフカメラもあって品揃えは大変豊富。新品中古品どちらも取り扱っている。プレイステーション等テレビゲームのソフトも充実。勿論🔞ものの販売も行っている。しかしそれ以上に驚いたのは店内写真撮影自由であったこと（🔞コーナーを除く）。店の前にその旨の案内が貼ってある。勿論ＳＮＳへのアップも自由。但しその際は写り込んだ人物の許可若しくは顔へのボカシ等の配慮が必要なのは言うまでも無い。

I bought a new Microsoft surface 9 pro before 6 months and now when I plug the power, the PC doesn’t charge and doesn’t work at all.

I went today to the store and reached the clerk for support, he said that I need to talk to Microsoft as they do not support after service. Well, that’s fine but I asked him to talk using my phone to Microsoft as I would not be able to explain the situation in Japanese as him but he refused to help with this too. Will never buy something again...

SofMap was always the place to go for second hand, reconditioned electronics and great deals on desktops, etc.

Love the edgy vibe in there, compared to the sparkle and calm of BicCamera round the corner.

Staff were always excellent and knowledgeable too; many a time in there buying second hand RAM for laptops and they never failed. The second hand PS3's...
