My husband and I were given a tiny space, one side of the couch (in front was a wall) to seat and dine while there were still a few more open tables at the back despite booking a reservation in advance because 4-seater tables are only reserved for “3 or more people”. My husband is quite big so it was a bit crowded for us. I asked for us to be transferred but they said they could only offer counter seats. In the reservation, I specified that we are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary so I expected at least a decent table seat would be provided. Service really didn’t live up to the vibe. Opted for a course meal that took forever to arrive. It was a Friday so the place was kind of packed so extra staff would’ve been the best solution to delivering better services to the customers....
Read moreWe love this restaurant! And often come here for special occasions. It's some of the best barbecue you can get in Japan, much better than any of the all you can eat places. On that note it's not cheap, but definitely worth it if you're in for a good time. The booze is high quality and not watered down, again like all those all you can drink places.
The people sitting next to us weren't so kind to the staff, but we can see that they're working hard, So it's our opinion that the staff are giving excellent service.
They brought a baby and a stroller, even though it's a really compact restaurant they did their best to accommodate us and we are thankful.
