On-Yasai — Restaurant in Saku

The food was amazing and the service was amazing too. The environment however was horrible as there was a customer with a young child who would stop yelling and crying out for no exact reason.

The mother seemed to be attempting to stop the young child from crying but her attempts were in vain, the child would not stop crying and their yelps were ear-splitting and painful to hear. The young child would not stop yelping and screeching, it was horrible to sit through the noise and enjoy the food, it was hard to bear the pain of the child's horrible screams and cries.

Although the food and service were splendid for a Japanese hotpot food store.

I would come here again if there were no screaming babies, I suggest people go when it's less crowded with people.

First time having shabu shabu alone! But it's alright if you are worried about the All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE). They also do Single Set shabu shabu. Kinda like ala cart, but set with meats + veges + noodles. Worth it in my opinion

I ordered the chicken and pork set. Chose Spicy Hot Pot broth and Wagyu broth (3rd & 2nd broth in the list). Staffs are kind enough to bring me the English menu, kindly and patiently explain the difference with set and AYCE.

8/16の夕方にしゃぶしゃぶ食べようと話になりアプリで予約しようとしたのですがアプリだと4人までしかなく電話して6人（大人４人、子供２人）予約。 テーブルに行って鍋を置く所が2つありこちらは2つ鍋が来ると思い、出汁を4種類決めてボタンで店員さん呼び出し 鍋が１つの可能性もあったので「鍋が１つだったら2つにできないですか？」と聞いたところ確認してもらい「鍋は1つになってしまいます」との答え「追加料金でも難しいですか？」と聞いたのですが「そうですね…難しいですね」と言われました。 最初の注文をしようと烏龍茶、コーン茶氷抜き、水2つを伝えたのですがコーン茶氷抜きが繰り返し言われることもなく、最初の注文が届いてもやっぱり無い 頼んだ経緯を説明したのですがイライラしてたので「水1つおねがいします」と伝えました。 最初の注文時とは違う店員さんだったので試しに「鍋2つにできないですか？」と聞いたら「聞いてきますのでお待ち下さい。。大変おまたせしてすいません。人数分かける200円で鍋2つにできます」との回答「じゃあそうしてください。最初に追加料金してもできないって言われたんですよね」と伝えられびっくり(笑)「（経緯説明し）スミエさんという方ここNGでお願いします」店員さんも「あ、わかりました」 隣のテーブルは食べ始めていたからなのか頼んでから届くまで早い。 こちらは隣が届くのを見ながら最初のお肉、野菜セットが遅いなと思いながら待ってました。 やっと届き、タレ、サラダとかの注文をしたのですが最初のセットが終わってしまい頼んだ物を待ってる状態でした。 さすがに10分ほど待っても来なかったので店員さんを呼び、「まだ来ないんですけど」と伝えキッチンに確認してもらいすぐ配膳されました。数回それの繰り返しで3歳の娘が食べてたけど間が空いてしまい変にお腹いっぱいになってしまったようでご飯終了。

大人の方も頼んでもすぐ来ずお腹いっぱいになってしまいこれでこの金額は高い だったら上田まで行ってしゃぶ葉の方が良かった。 お盆で人員が少なかったからなのか分かりませんがそれはお店側の問題でお金を払って行ってるコチラには関係ない事

また行きたいとも思わず序盤で帰ろうか話してたくらいで...
