子どもの笑顔が浮かぶ、お野菜の美味しいイタリアン。

This Italian meal brought my children to mind—the kind of food that makes you picture your kid’s smile. I could almost hear my younger son asking for seconds.

The vegetables were incredibly gentle and delicious. The bakké (butterbur sprout) in the antipasto was a delightful surprise, and the pasta—both the seasonal special and the gnocchi—was unlike any I’ve had before: soft, sweet, and heartwarming. Each bite brought back memories of my sons’ laughter. The special dish? That’s for you to discover.

Asparagus and shiitake mushrooms had a presence worthy of main courses—so good, so kind, and prepared with such spirited joy by the chef.

Dessert was chocolate and strawberries, with a subtle hint of the kindness of fromage. Even the tomato juice I ordered along the way tasted like it was made by a true vegetable lover.

And the focaccia in the photo? Softer and fluffier than anything I’ve ever had—even in Italy. With just that, olive oil, and some fromage, I could happily lock myself away in a hotel room. I hear it has a hydration ratio...

とっても素敵なお店です。食材にこだわっていて自ら現地に足を運んで納得された食材を仕入れているお店です。 お肉も野菜もお魚もパスタもスイーツもワインも、全部が美味しいのでメニュー表を見ていつも悩みます。 オリジナルのジェノベーゼは旬の食材で作ってくれるので食べていて季節を感じる事が出来ます。 優しい味付けなので食材の味が引き立てられていて、尚且つソースがいつも美味しいのでモッチモチの自家製パンに付けて食べてしまいます。 自家製パンだけでもハーブとオリーブオイルの香りで充分に美味しく頂けます。 個人的には菅野牧園さんのお肉がオススメです。 スイーツも手作りでお腹いっぱいでもさっぱりと頂く事が出来ます。 ランチメニューとってもお手頃な価格なのでまた行きたいです。 とても優しいお人柄の料理長さんと、柔軟に対応してくれるホールスタッフさんのいるイ...
