Worst experience to have breakfast. 0 star experience!

Only eat here if you want to have your time in Sapporo ruined!! The service from the Italian guy is very very BAD, he yelled at us during our breakfast. Food taste below average, but only get worse after the Italian guy started complaining to us for 1 breakfast ticket that was missing originally (from our 12 tickets total), which was then already given to him actually. We already explained that the ticket was held by another hotel guest and will be given later as that guest was still upstair not yet down to the restaurant, at first he seemed accepting it.

But yes you read it right, the waiter was complaining and being rude to the customers in the middle of our breakfast! And keep defending himself as the righteous person too!!

Afterthat he kept talking about the rules, of wearing gloves, that he didnt even mention nor explain in the beginning when we entered the place. Just assuming that we understood the small japanese language sign he put (and we noticed other customers didnt even use the gloves too, but didnt get yelled at?)

I would report this place as scammer if possible!! That italian guy really doesnt fit the Japanese culture we knew,...

This restaurant became famous with their dressings which I also thought was really good.

It is right in front of Odori Park which makes it a nice area to dine but the service was unfortunate for me... I ordered a glass of sparkling and the waitress asked me when I would want to drink it which I thought was kind of an odd question... I replied right away then it never arrived even before my main came... I asked if I could switch to a red which they politely agreed but then the red was way too chilled.

Maybe they thought nobody would order wine for lunch they didn’t take it out of the fridge? The two ladies that were sitting next to me also left with most of their mains left on their plate too so maybe I was just there on the wrong day...? It was the most disappointing lunch in...

ITALIAN, COSY, INTIMATE RESTAURANT Try this for something different. The garlic bread/toast is a must try. Very authentic flavours. We had the calamari pizza. A little light on the toppings, but the base was fresh and lovely. They serve white and red house wine. We had the desert. Definitely the crepes are the star here. Staff were friendly and we had a cosy window seat which made it very intimate. We loved this for something...
