We had a birthday dinner for our first visit to this restaurant and it made a huge impression on us. (It was so delicious that I forgot to take photos of most dishes) We ordered a vegetarian course menu and everything was beautifully presented, like works of art, and delicious.

Hokkaido's mountain vegetables are in season now. The flavours are so rich and satisfying. The chef selected different music for each dish which was in interesting pairing. We had a birthday cake, and it was wonderful. It was a vegan cake adorned with kumquats was unique and very yummy. The New Zealand wine recommended by the chef, made by a Japanese winemaker, was excellent and perfectly complemented the delicate dishes. This is a great restaurant even if you are not vegan or vegetarian. The chef is generous and flexible and can make a menu to your...

French restaurants are usually out of the question for my husband and I because he is vegetarian (leaning towards vegan), and I don’t eat meat (but yes for fish). Therefore, I was pleasantly surprised to find this vegan French restaurant in Sapporo. I went there for dinner and lunch; the menu is set menu. Dinner was an 8-course menu. Lunch was a 6-course menu.

Since the chef is Japanese, to my delight, he uses the arsenal of Japanese vegetables. I love that simple vegetables like warabi fern, butterburs (the big leaf that Totoro held over his head) or turnips are used in creative ways. Tofu was used, simmered in red wine. Totally recommended place for vegans, vegetarians or even just lovers of French cuisine who want to try vegan takes of the...

Cute, intimate restaurant located on a quiet back street. Seats about a dozen people and you can see the chef cooking the meal from any table.

Food is served as a multi-round course, so there's no menu to order from. All the food is completely vegan with a lot of variety between each course. They use a lot of local Hokkaido ingredients so our meal had a common theme through the courses (asparagus). Plus there were some ingredients I'd never heard of before which were fun to have.

The waitress spoke great English and had no trouble explaining the dishes as they came out. Desserts were...

A great place with specially curated French inspired dishes. We came in for lunch and gor the 4 courses dish, an experience in itself. Each course had a purpose and was perfectly placed and portioned. The atmosphere was lovely to enjoy a quite and pleasant lunch with your friends. The coffee and spice chai was delicious and coming from India, we would 100% recommend it. Overall, a great place to have lunch with an experience of a lifetime.
