We had a birthday dinner for our first visit to this restaurant and it made a huge impression on us. (It was so delicious that I forgot to take photos of most dishes) We ordered a vegetarian course menu and everything was beautifully presented, like works of art, and delicious.
Hokkaido's mountain vegetables are in season now. The flavours are so rich and satisfying. The chef selected different music for each dish which was in interesting pairing. We had a birthday cake, and it was wonderful. It was a vegan cake adorned with kumquats was unique and very yummy. The waitress spoke great English and had no trouble explaining the dishes as they came out. Desserts were...
