After visiting for the first time, I understand why it’s so popular among locals and tourists alike. I was the only non Japanese when I visited on a weekday lunch. The servers spoke such good English and were so nice! They have such an extensive menu with many items on the daily specials. I was able to order fish that I had never eaten before anywhere else. Price was very reasonable as other people have said. I paid around 3,000 yen (because I ordered a lot and some are expensive specialty items) and left very very full and happy! And as others have said, you can order half rice, which allowed me to order more variety of plates 🥰😋 Everything is self service, including the tea. They have matcha powder that you can optionally pour boiling water on (there’s a tap in front of each seat). They hardly use the conveyor belt because most things were ordered a la carte by the customers...

Good, affordable, worth the money.

Be prepared to wait, on a good day the queue is about 30-40min.

The salmon was good for a conveyer belt chain, but I really liked the Unagi (eel) more. They served a different variant of Unagi that was much softer and tasty.

Staff are cheerful and enthusiastic. They're also English friendly, just speak up that you need assistance and they will keep an eye out for you from the time you take a number, all the way till you're full and satisfied.

Pro tip: the queue there is not in running order. Take a number, ask for someone to help call you (in English) and they will look for you in the waiting seats when it's your turn. There is open parking, and two buildings belonging to Toriton I think. Be sure you enter the right one...

Without a doubt, one of the best sushi chains in Hokkaido.

The staff speaks limited English, but don't let this deter you from making a visit.

They have English menu. Ask for it, write down the sushi codes on the paper, and pass it to the chef at the counter. You can enjoy your meal without facing difficulty in communication.

Pricing is acceptable. The portion was generous. Even the variants at the lower tier of pricing are pretty delectable. Recommend to try smoked salmon belly sushi. Japanese really put their heart and soul into their food.

Come here to experience authentic sushi without breaking your bank. I would come back again if I visit Hokkaido in the future.

Kindly note that this place only accept cash....
