Delicious curry at the fish market. We just didn’t feel like a (expensive) fish on rice bowl, or steamed crab, so we came here, and we are very happy that we did!

2022/8/28 訪問 【カレーの子くろしお】札幌市中央区 ◆カレー ・ポークカレー　1200円(税込) [ご飯:大(300g)　辛さ:4] ・野菜カレー 　1180円(税込) [ご飯:大(300g)　辛さ:4] こちらは以前から行きたいと思ってたお店だったのー(*´ω｀*)♫ 遊漁船の船長でもある店主さんが運営する"欧風キーマカレー"のカレー専門店。 2021年11月にオープン♫元倉庫カリーがあった場所です。 カレーのスタイルを見てピンと来る人も多いと思いますが"円山教授"のカレーとビジュアルが似ていると思いませんか？ どうやら出店前の短い期間に円山教授でアルバイトしていたようです。その辺で影響受けたのかなぁ。 その前はスープカレー屋で7年ぐらき働いていたとか。 ちなみにカレールーのレシピについては円山教授とはまったく関係ないそうです！ というわけで今回はポークカレーと野菜カレーを。 ポークカレーは店主さんが帯広出身ということもあり秘伝のタレに漬け込んで炭焼した豚肉がライスの上に乗っているのです♡ もうね、これはポークカレーって言うか豚丼カレーですよ！ めっちゃ炭焼きの香りがぁぁー！ カレーだけど、この豚肉はカレー付けずにそのままご飯と食べてください！うまいっっ(*´ω｀*)♫ カレールーはお肉や野菜の原形が若干残ってる系キーマカレー、辛さは4番にしたけど辛いの好きならもうちょい辛くしても良きかなぁー。 1〜10まで選べて10〜∞までは一見さんお断りらしい(笑) 野菜カレーは野菜たっぷり。 素揚げされた野菜がサクサクで美味しい(*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡ 特にブロッコリー！ 生だとあんまり好きじゃないのに素揚げだと本当に美味しく食べられる！ カレールーはポークカレーと同じみたい！ たぶんルーはラムキーマ以外は共通のルーかな。 机に置いてあるスパイスを加えるとまたいい感じ！ ご飯は大だとルーが足りなくなるので配分注意！ 土日は11時までに入店するとチキンレッグで出汁をとったスープサービス有♫ とても美味しいカレーでした！ 個人的にポークカレー超オススメ！ 自分のInstagramのページにお得なクーポン情報ありますよ(*´ω｀*)
