暖簾をくぐりドアを引き戸を開けると「ようこそ、いらっしゃいませ〜、〇〇の席はどうですか？」という威勢がいい女性の声、平日１時を過ぎた頃の入店でしたので、8人がけのテーブルが4卓ありますが席には空きがありました。醤油ラーメンとチャーハンを注文。混んでいないせいか、ほかのクチコミにあった待ち時間は気にならず１０分ほどで配膳されました。見るからにあっさりしてそうなスープの醤油ラーメンと、丸くドームのような形に美しく盛られた、シンプルにして王道なチャーハン。炒飯にはレンゲではなくスプーンが付いてきました。スープを一口すすると醤油の香りと上品なダシ。濃いめの味付けが好みの人にはパンチが足りないと思うかもしれませんが、個人的には最後まで食べすすめるには丁度いい塩分濃度。炒飯もあっさりした味付けですが、パラパラ炒飯ではなくしっとり柔らかめの炒飯でした。チャーハン700円はちょっと高いかな？ テーブルにはアクリル板などの無いお店ですので、みなさんくれぐれも黙食、マスクをしていないときには飛沫を飛ばさないよう、言葉を発せず食べましょうね。お店にも迷惑がかかりますんで。

The soy sauce ramen with its light soup and the fried rice beautifully served in the shape of a round dome were simple and royal. The fried rice came with a spoon instead of a spoon. A sip of the soup revealed the aroma of soy sauce and elegant broth. For those who prefer a thicker flavor, it may not have enough punch, but for me personally, it has just the right amount of salt to keep me going until the end. The fried rice was also lightly seasoned, but it was soft and moist rather than parched. I guess 700 yen for fried rice is a bit expensive.
