Cafe service and Atmosphere ** The cafe is filled with chocolately coffee smell, and they have jazz music playing in the background. The cafe is run by 3 people and they seem very hurried and busy. They cleaned the whole counter and every device after every few cups of coffee made. The both barista are in such a sync, they aren't even talking but moving in syn to each other. Almost like dancing to the jazz music. Both are very kind, they told me it's ok to take videos. By the way the lady speaks English. They have the most beautiful collection of tea cup sets I have seen. I am eagerly waiting for my coffee and which cup I will get.
Coffee ** I ordered a cheesecake and Tanzanian straight. Firstly the cheesecake is worth the money, simply the best. Coffee was more powerful than usual, alot of mixed tastes with coffee. Different than usually what I have. But then I noticed they used a cloth filter and the whole process took like maybe 5mins. So I googled, and apparently it's Japanese method of drip coffee called as Nel Drip coffee. It takes longer to brew the coffee and cause of cotton cloth, the oils and wash flavors stay in coffee.
