This cozy risotto restaurant near the Sapporo Clock Tower is a hidden gem! While it’s a bit tricky to find—located in a building next to the Clock Tower on B1 (accessible via the lift)—it’s absolutely worth the effort. Don’t be discouraged by the many closed shops on B1; you’re in the right place.
