Don’t bother bringing your kids even though they have child seats.

We went in early. Store was empty. The wait staff were very nice and accommodating. We had our two year old with us. She was running around the shop for a while, while our order was being made. The floors are coated with a layer of or fat which makes them quite slippery. Our daughter slipped over once, but luckily no big deal this time. When the food came, we tried to get our daughter into one of the high chairs they luckily provide! She resisted big time and was making some noise. The owner/chef came out and told us we need to keep her quiet. With a nice “shhhhh” to top it off.

We couldn’t really believe it. Of course, we were doing what we could to settle her. I could understand if the shop were full or even had one other customer, but it was just us. Completely unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome immediately. Got the food packed for takeout.

Burgers were nice, the beef patties were a little undercooked, but still quite tasty.

The whole thing was ruined by the rude owner. I assume he is the owner. He has a big sticker of his face on...

Not kid friendly…. The food was pretty good but our experience was ruined by one of the staff members (maybe he was the cook?). We had our two year old with us and she wasn’t having a good day. Admittedly she was complaining a lot. It sucked but we were doing our best to calm her down. There were no other customers so we didn’t think she was troubling anyone. And parents deserve to eat too, right? But this staff member came and asked us to keep our kid quiet- even holding his finger over his mouth to shush us. He looked so serious and annoyed. If we knew how to quiet a tired and angry toddler we would be rich! But unfortunately we do not. In the end we felt so uncomfortable- we couldn’t get her to shhh completely. So we asked for our food to take away and left. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back...

I’ve eaten burgers all around the world and this is definitely in my top 5. Wow. I had a look at the kitchen and I saw how they make their own patty by themselves. I ordered the GrillBacon W Cheese burger and that was my best decision of 2022. Fresh juicy meat, natural flavor, crispy vegetables, melted cheese (yes, cheese in Japan!!!) and extra jalapeños. Apart from that there was a very good smokey habanero sauce available at the table together with another green habanero one, which made my burger a masterpiece.

I will come again, also because of the friendly staff....
