Disappointing.
I always enjoy eating at Ichiran when I visit Fukuoka, so I was excited to see one open in Sendai. I expected it to be similar.
Sadly the quality was nowhere near the same level, and I would hesitate to recommend this place.
There are around 40 seats on the second and third floors, but the restaurant is set up so you can't see how many people are waiting in the lobby and on the stairs.
They have the same order cards so you can customise your ramen, but the cooks don't seem to actually follow them. I went with a friend and we ordered differently but our ramen was basically the same.
Even worse, I ordered the very hard ramen for both my initial bowl and for my refill, but neither was hard -I would say the noodles arrived as 'normal'.
The soup was tasty but overall this was very disappointing. Atmosphere 2/5, food 3/5 BUT -1 for not actually serving the meal as ordered. Also very pricy compared to the (superior) competition in Sendai.

For the ramen only, it cost 980¥. If you choose the ramen with additional egg and extra noodle, it will costs you more. If i am not mistaken 1320¥ (?)
I try the matcha pudding covered by the matcha sauce. Tastes delicious too, not too sweet.
In another shop, usually the only sell the Ichiran noodle in box package, but you could find the other type of their products here like the cup noodle...

Ramen - You can customize the hardness of noodles, how strong you like your broth, want white or green onion (or none), the amount of garlic paste, and the amount of secret sauce you want. Broth is pretty good, the typical Japanese tonkotsu flavor.
Price - Price is on the higher end in ramen place. You can definitely pay the same price for better ramen elsewhere. They do open 24 hours though, so that may be how they even out the costs of labor.
I would come back if I am craving ramen late night, but would probably look for better ramen elsewhere during normal...
