Incredible bakery that's located inside Sendai Asaichi. Marumo-san serves up delicious artisanal breads baked with often include seasonal local ingredients. The daily offerings change constantly, so be sure to ask him for recommendations. Or you can tell him your budget and he can put together a nice little combo bag for you. There's also a cafe (110) right next door, so you can buy some bread to have with your cup of coffee! If you're coming to Sendai Asaichi, you can't not...

The bakers were charming, really taking time to explain all the breads to us in Japanese and English.

We went twice in 2 days, there was a different selection each day. Vegetarian and vegan options available! Vegan brioche looks amazing.
