ミシュラン一つ星店。予約必須店です。どれも美味しく、大将もとても丁寧な方で素敵なお店です。 お寿司だけでなく、サイドに出てくる梅干しやトマトも絶品でした。 1 Michelin star sushi restaurant. Reservation is necessary. All dishes are tasty, and the staff is amazing. Not only Sushi but also side dishes of umeboshi and tomatoes are also tasty. I super recommend it.

ディナーで訪問。 飲み物を数杯込で2万位だったと思います。 都内に比べるとリーズナブルですね。 一つ一つ丁寧な仕事、必ず満足できると思います。 大変美味しいのですが、少しメニューが固定的でしょうか。 スペシャリテは私は穴子の白焼きと梅肉ソースの組み合わせだと思います。皮がパリッとしており、甘い梅肉ソースとの組み合わせは素晴らしい。 また行きたくなるお店です。

Excellent gem of a sushi restaurant. I ate dinner in this restaurant. Although the owners speak minimal English, they did their best to explain the dishes and make you feel very welcome. The starters were numerous and generous. This was then followed by the sushi. Overall the starters were delicious. Presentation could be a bit more refined but perhaps I was comparing it with the two starred Michelin restaurants in Tokyo where you are expected to pay many times more. The course felt heavy, but we're generally small eaters so I believe for most it should be a filling dinner. Considering the price, quantity and quality of the meal, I would recommend the place for any...

仙台で一泊して鮨を楽しもうと塩釜のお店などと比較してたんですが、訪問日の関係等でこちらに伺うことにしました。夕方6時に伺って私以外に2組カップルのお客さんがいらっしゃいました。運悪くカウンターながら大将の仕事を斜め後ろから見る席になってしまいました(涙)例えばアミューズも変化球並のものがあったり握りも満足だったんですが、お客さんの構成とかロケーションもあり大将が仕事モードでコミュニケーションなかったのがつまらな...
