Hosen — Restaurant in Shimonoseki

下関は何度も来ている。ただ夜飲みに出るのは初めてだった。それで訪れた店がこちらだった。

初めに言いますが、せっかく下関に来たし海鮮食べたいなと思ってる方がいたらこちらのお店は全力でおすすめしません。

今までGoogleレビューで1なんか付けたことないがこちらは1でもなく0です。

まずお通しをよく考えてくれ。300円くらい金を取るんだからチェーン店を下回るような不味いお通しださないでくれ。

まあそれで済むならまだ良かった。しかしバイト女の子の注文ミスがあった時、まあそんなこともあるからと思った。誰にでもミスはある。注文間違いなんか自分も若い時よくやった。

ただ本来頼んだものを作り直してくれると思ったら、なんとその間違えた注文をそのまま押し付けられてしまった。正直そんなことをするお店の対応に開いた口が塞がらず、反対意見を言う気にもならない。せっかく下関楽しもうと東京から来たのにこんな仕打ちで悲しくなって本当にホロリと涙が出た。

お店としてどうなのか？正直刺身の鮮度は普通。わざわざ下関に来て食べるものではない。申し訳ないが、博多、大阪、東京など首都圏で競争しながら経営してる居酒屋でもう少し安くてもっと美味しい良い店は死ぬほどある。

下関の一等地にあるお店がこれでどうなんだろう。ふぐだって、下関行かなくても東京や大阪で事足りる。

なんとかしてくれよ。。

I have been to Shimonoseki many times. However, this was my first time to go out for a drink at night. So I visited this restaurant.

First of all, I would like to say that if you are in Shimonoseki and want to eat seafood, I do not recommend this restaurant at all, like NOT AT ALL.

I have never given 1 to a restaurant on Google reviews, but this one is not even 1, it's zero.

First of all, I wanna say to the restaurant please think about the appetizer （otohshi, like a tip food）They charge 300 yen for this so I just wanna say don’t make it so bad that its quality is below the chain restaurants.

Well, if you can get away with that, it's still good. But when this part-time girl made a mistake in ordering, I thought, well, it happens. Everyone makes mistakes. I used to make mistakes when I was young working at a restaurant.

I thought they would just make what I originally asked for, but to my surprise, they just pushed the wrong order to me. To be honest, I was so shocked at the way the restaurant handled the situation that I was not inclined to speak out against it. I came all the way from Tokyo to enjoy Shimonoseki, but this kind of treatment made me so sad that I even cried for a bit. I’m not even joking about this.

How is it as a restaurant? To be honest, the freshness of the sashimi is average. It is not something you would come all the way to Shimonoseki to eat. I am sorry, but there are many izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) in Hakata, Osaka, Tokyo, and other Tokyo metropolitan areas that compete with each other to offer better food at a lower price.

I wonder how a restaurant in a prime location in Shimonoseki would fare. Even fugu (blowfish) is available in Tokyo and Osaka without going to Shimonoseki.

This is why I rate this restaurant ZERO. I think there should be changes to be made in this area...

忘年会&送別会でお邪魔しました。 本日は二階のテーブル席です。 (店舗入口の下足箱に靴を格納し二階へ。) １５人の宴席でチョイスしたのが、海鮮かき鍋コース＋90分飲み放題付(税込7,000.-/人)です♪

コースの内容は、サラダ、唐揚げ等のオードブル、馬刺し、エビマヨ、デザート、そして牡蠣どっさりの海鮮鍋とナイスなラインナップ♪ (飲み放題も、ビール、サワー、酎ハイ、ウィスキー類、梅酒、カクテル、日本酒、ソフトドリンクと広範囲＾＾)

中でも、かき鍋と馬刺し♪ 熊本直送の馬刺しは、フレッシュで美味しい✨ 柔らかな馬肉は咀嚼すると、上品な脂が口内に広がります♪

かき鍋は、牡蠣の旨味が濃い❗️ 鍋のツユ、具材にもカキのエキスが加わり、サッパリながら、ポン酢との相性は言わずもがな♪ 〆は雑炊、ベリーグッド✨

ランチの本マグロ3種盛り丼を食べにうかがいました。ご飯の量よりマグロが多い！という、嬉しい驚き。かといって爆盛ではないところも、女性としてはありがたいポイント。 大トロ、中トロ、赤身（本マグロ）の3種が乗って2500円。鮮度がいいからか、トロの脂の臭みもゼロ。甘みがあって、でもしつこくなく、ペロリと頂けました。 海苔に巻いて食べても美味しかったです。さらにセットでついてるお味噌汁が、魚のお出汁が濃厚で感動。 店員の方も明るく親切で雰囲気も良く、大満足のランチタイムになりました。 夜メニューも、ふぐ、あんこう、くじらと充実していて、どれも美味しそう。山口の地酒も揃っていたので、山口に観光に来る友人を連れて行っても喜ばれそう。次回は夜に伺いたいと思います。
