There’s an elderly lady that “works” here (sits at one of the tables and does nothing) that literally shouted at my Japanese wife - in Japanese - for asking if she could use an extra plate to split our kids meal. The more sane staff simply told off the old lady, did not apologise to my wife and offered zero compensation

We came here around 3pm for an afternoon tea. Look from outside, it's a normal shop next to beach among others easily missed.
