Service was extremely fast, and food was delicious! The yakisoba excellent, and gyozas fantastic! Friendly atmosphere and all around great vibes. If our travels take us here again, we will be back!

After reading reviews in Google Maps, this cozy homely little eatery was close to Shimizu City Hotel where we were staying. We tried it out and were knocked out by the quality of the dishes. The melt in your mouth tuna it was unbelievable! We have never tasted such depth of flavour. What a magician behind that counter! We had to go back for a second dinner.

An absolute gem of Japanese cuisine. The owner welcomed us in, and showed us to our table. Took the time to understand our wants, and even if there was anything we did not like. Service was extremely fast, and food was delicious! The yakisoba excellent, and gyozas fantastic! Friendly atmosphere and all around great vibes. If our travels take us here again, we will be back!

After reading reviews in Google Maps, this cozy homely little eatery was close to Shimizu City Hotel where we were staying. We tried it out and were knocked out by the quality of the dishes. The melt in your mouth tuna it was unbelievable! We have never tasted such depth of flavour. What a magician behind that counter! We had to go back for a second dinner.

Fantastic little restaurant. Really really good food, and the chef (boss?) made the evening for us, along with the only other customer. We exchanged stories and experiences and had a really lovely evening. Beer, saki and whiskey...and it didn't break the bank. When we left I forgot my jacket...earlier in the evening he had asked where we were staying, and as we arrived back at the hotel he turned up on his bicycle with my jacket in hand. A night...
