Delicious food and great service. The plating of the food is also nice. The atmosphere is almost formal and calm, you will have a great eating experience.

店を開けると、ガラス張りになっていて とても明るく、品がある中にも気軽さもある 雰囲気で、絶対美味しいと確信しました。

カリフラワーのポタージュから始まり 見た目から楽しませてくれる 彩り鮮やかなサラダ。 メインが運ばれてきた瞬間に デザイン性のあるお皿に感嘆し 綺麗に盛り付けられたお料理に魅了されます。 牛ほほ肉とエビフライ エビフライも、今までのあの尻尾があるエビフライではなく、品よく形づくられていました。 まさしく、目でも楽しませてくれる料理と なってます。 いざ、牛ほほ肉にフォークを入れた瞬間 ホロホロとお肉の塊がほどけていき、 ソースをからませて………まさしく絶品。 エビフライ、書かれている通りに ぷりぷり。付け合せのタルタルソースも 上品なお味となっていて、 素晴らしいマリアージュとなってました。 15穀米も、可愛くドーム型となって運ばれてきました。ここでも、感嘆。
