Gyoza no Ohsho Tokushima Ekimae — Restaurant in Tokushima

I will not be going back to this location. I've tried a few Gyoza No Osho and this is the worst one I've seen so far. The restaurant is not in a good shape, it feels dirty and damaged. Fot some reason there were no napkins on the tables.

I only got gyoza and white rice, but the server took so long to bring the rice that my gyoza were gone before I got it. Some parts of the gyoza were not warm and the rice really had no taste and not a good texture.

Also I asked for more water because I could see that all the other tables had water pitchers on them but mine didn't, and instead he brought me another tiny glass of water. I left thirsty but didn't want...

The Gyoza no Osho chain can be somewhat inconsistent. The restaurant in front of Tokushima Station was not a very good one. I had eaten there at least 10 times in the past two to three years ago, then almost gave up. But the place has improved considerably in the past months. The first floor offers only counter service. You can go up the stairs to the seated area dining area.

これが醤油豚骨か？と思う程、

味が薄くてハッキリ言って不味い。

あと付け合わせのもやしもあの

独特の臭みがあり食欲が失せる始末。

某有名麺処ろのインスタント

ラーメンの方がまだマシかと。

挙げ句の果てには

他の方も言われてる通り、

調理担当の店長らしき方の

女性アルバイトへのパワハラとも

言われてもおかしくないダメ出し行為。

女性アルバイトへ仕事を覚えさせようと

次から次への指示に戸惑ってる所に

『まず返事しようか？』などや

皿の後片付けを頼んでおいて

タイマーが鳴ると息吐く暇も無く

『まずはオーダーが優先だからね』

と満席のカウンター前で

処刑の如くアルバイトへ軽くダメ出し。

店長？なりにアルバイトへ

仕事を教えてるつもりだろうけど

カウンターで食べている人間に

取っては不愉快極まりないし、

不味いラーメンが更に不味く感じる。

店長？自身が職歴も長く

仕事が出来そうな雰囲気を出しているが

部下への指導力は無さそうだ。

そんなに仕事が出来るのなら

自身で文句なく仕事をすれば良い。

そんな事を気にしない人なら

立ち寄れば良いだけかなと。

私自身、前職は飲食店で

責任者兼指導者をしていましたが

あの教え方ではアルバイトが

『また怒られる』と萎縮して

仕事が覚えられる筈がない。

接客対応の別の男性従業員の方は

優しそうで感じは良かったです。

『餃子の王将』と謳っているだけあって

他店と違い大粒の餃子で味も美味い。

半チャーハンはレンゲに

すり切り3〜4杯程度と

試食の味見程度の小ぶりなので

チャーハン好きには量的に

物足らないかもしれませんが

味濃く辛いので高血圧になっても

良い方であれば良いのでは？
