Trattoria La Fontana — Restaurant in Tokushima

Might be the best Italian restaurant in Tokushima, if not Shikoku Area.

As a tourist honestly this is the only Italian restaurant I visited during the trip. But this store easily outperformed many many pizza shops in Tokyo. It's a real pizza!

Pizza is definitely the best among everything I've enjoyed. But the appetizers and main dishes are also awesome.

The salad is fresh and the dressing is unique - tastes like some kind of Caeser & Japanese remix. The stew is tender and juicy, with a rich and deep flavor.

The only inconvenience to a tourist would be the menu. They are hand written. Unless you can read, you'll need some luck to figure out which is which. But that won't stop me from giving this lovely shop a...

Not friendly welcome as they said it’ll closed at 9pm and we arrive 845pm. But there still customer at the restaurant by 9pm. And we done eating at 910pm and there is still customer at the restaurant. No warm towel too. Everyone else had their warm towel on the table. Not baby friendly as no baby chair.
