FUKURIN — Restaurant in Tokushima

Normal atmosphere, decent food. I enjoyed everything I ate except for the century egg, which was disappointing.

However, I had a really bad experience here, where I basically got ripped off. The server rang up my order but didn't produce a receipt. The resulting price struck me as quite high, but I just grumbled and accepted it at the time. Later, I did math in my head and realized there was no way it was right. I came back to dispute it and had a big (but civil) argument about how much money I had paid. Of course, there was no record of the transaction. Quite shady.

After a few minutes of dispute, the staff decided to just ignore us indefinitely, which I found very rude and childish. Unfortunately, it worked, since I had somewhere to be. I was annoyed by this incident because I was definitely right, but lost like 2000 yen.

As a restaurant, this place is okay. Even the (actual) prices are reasonable. But it has been shady to me and I suggest you watch carefully for this kind of thing if you decide to eat there. But honestly, I urge you not to support people who do this to their customers. There are other good Chinese places...

お盆なので予約して行きました。 早目に着いたので一応入店出来るか確認したら予約時間までには席を開けるからと言う事で後程行ったらイライラしながら『カウンターだったら空いてるけど』と『いやいや子供がいるから無理』と言うと『席は選べんから』と⋯でもこちらから席種のリクエストして店側からも掘りごたつ（禁煙）のお席で予約完了とメッセージで来てるし😑 お盆期間で忙しそうで私達の席の前の人が注文してると『もうラストオーダーの時間過ぎたから注文出来ない』と言ってるんやけど『いや私達19時に入店したんやけど』と言ってるから時間見たらまだ19時半なのに⋯隣の席の人も注文した飲み物も料理も来てないらしく怒りを通り越して笑ってた😩 お盆で忙しくて回せないなら開けなければいいし予約も受けなければ良いと思う😠 久々に娘が帰郷して楽しいディナーの筈だったのに最悪なディナーになった。 日本語も余り通じてないみたいで『分からない分からない』を繰り返していた。 後最近よくある携帯からバーコードを読み取って注文するんやけど電波が悪すぎて役に立たない、何を考えてそうしてるのか🤔口頭で伝える事も出来るならそれだけにしないと食べ放題飲み放題なら殆どオーダー出来ずに終わる🤣www お国柄なのか横柄,横着,大雑把🤬 ホットペッパーグルメでポイント使って予約したのにポイント分も引いてくれてないし、後日返してもらったけどそう...

チャーハンとか丼物にラーメン、麺類が付くセット

これだけでした、美味しいからおかず２種類食べたいのに〜っていつも少しだけ不完全燃焼の私！笑

その代わりご飯大盛りにしたり餃子足したり♪
