イタリアンバルNORANEKO（ノラネコ） — Restaurant in Tokyo

This is a typical Italian restaurant in Japan conceived in the end 90's or beginning of the 2000's. It's definitely better than those who have been opened in 80's but still, much progress has been made in the last two decades. This said, I had to buy two softdrinks in order to get some sparkling (soda) water, which was free on that condition and I would have preferred to simply pay for the soda water. Short version: they don't have sparkling mineral water as every decent Italian restaurant is supposed to have on the menu. On top of that, this is rather a "bar" suited for drinking and having some food on the side. I took the "rice croquettes", which were supposed to be a Japanese reinterpretation of the Sicilian "arancine" just smaller and simpler. The other things were edible. All in all it was not bad but it would not be a good choice for the next time because there are surely a lot more evolved places in the area. Interior and bgm was OK. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the space is good and everything we ate was very tasty. The drink prices are reasonable too, they have a decent selection of wines at ¥500 a glass or if you order the lunch set (available until 5pm on weekends, not sure about weekdays) you can get 3 glasses for ¥1200. 猫グラスの可愛いお酒が飲めるっていうのが個人的な決め手となりました🐱。 野良猫カクテルは全6種類。 どれもノンアルに近いお酒で、激弱な私でもめちゃくちゃ飲みやすいです♪ 結構甘いので、しょっぱいおつまみが欲しくなるかも🐙

全体的にはカクテルとワインの種類が豊富です。 お通しはバケット食べ放題！（1ドリンク1オーダー制）ということで合いそうなつまみを一通り注文。
