This is the worst Thai food restaurant I ever ate at in Japan. Service is so bad and the food is mediocre at best.

They make us wait for 40mins for food then treat us like we are food thieves?!

I went here with a group of 5 and we ordered what they had to offer for lunch menu.

Large pad thai. The pad thai took 40mins to be cooked and all customers are complaining when will the pad thai come. When the food arrived it was definitely not large so it was a rip off already and the taste was just not pad thai at all. Their steamed chicken was also dry?! How do you make a dark meat dry?!

After eating we paid the bill then went outside the restaurant but it rained so hard so we wait for the rain to stop and sit for a while at their outside table beside the entrancd

But what did they do? They insist we should order and the table is for customers only. We said we just paid for our bill and the waiter called their manager. The manager then accuses us of not paying our previous table. Then we showed them the receipt and they double checked it like it was fake and they realized we actually paid a few mins ago. And they just said sorry and moved on....

We asked to change seats towards the window to which the server had given us a disdainful look. While the server had cleaned the table, they sighed and made a ‘tsk’ sound. At this point we should have already left but we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was vastly different from the ones presented in the picture. I have eaten Thai food and even Thai food in Thailand but the taste they provided here came nothing as close to the Thai taste I was accustomed to such as adding herbs, lemongrass, and spices. The food that we ordered was the Gapao Rice and Green Curry w/ rice. Both of which were bland and the rice was dry and not fresh looking. The meat in the Gapao rice was very watery and the vegetable mixed in them were not fresh at all as they were scrunched up and dark sickly green. The lack of authenticity and effort was very clear. The portions were a little small but worth the price you pay I guess. A few of my pad see ew noodles were hard and stuck together but the flavor was relatively good. Paired with a few drinks and it makes a complete meal.

You order online via QR code and the servers bring out your food to you when it’s ready. It took about 15-20 minutes for all of our food...
