中華蕎麦 一心 — Restaurant in Tokyo

There is no hesitation in declaring this ramen a superb product. The soup is light but rich, and you can't help but finish it off, and the straight, thin noodles intertwine well with the mellow aroma, whetting your appetite to infinity. The simple, clean shop has only counter seats, but the turnover rate is good, and although the shop is always full, you don't have to wait long. Most of the menu sells out about two hours after opening, so it is a good idea to arrive as early as possible. It's a good idea to arrive as early as possible, as you'll have more ramen options to choose from. Anyway, the noodles, the soup and the chashu pork are all very carefully crafted pieces of artisanal art. I have been here five times already and I keep coming back. I think this is partly due to the energetic smiles of the owner and the landlady who run the restaurant, and partly due to the charm that comes from the good-natured customer service. 7月の終わり、突如あづま通り商店街にオープンした中華蕎麦 一心。 前評判が非常に高くすぐに訪麺したかったのですがようやく行けました✨️ 11時を8分程過ぎて店着。待ち1人。 少しの間、外で待つことに。 その間、斜め前の初代健太(12時オープン)には数名の並びができ始めてました。すげぇなぁ😅

程なく入店し清潔感のあるカウンターに通される。ゆったりとスペースが確保されていて落ち着いて啜る事ができますね⤴︎︎

味玉焼豚醤油蕎麦いっときました✨️

カウンターから厨房が覗けるんだけど凄く細かい丁寧な作業をしてるなぁと感じました⤴︎︎

ご覧の通りの面構え(写真参照) ズバリ、物凄く美味かったです✨️ あんま多くを語らなくていいや♪ NW流(No-Water 水は飲まんよ✋)で完まくフィニッシュ。 (*`ڡ´●)ﾍﾟﾛﾘﾝﾁｮ
