The fried rice with red sausage was fantastic and it felt really nostalgic since I used to eat this type of sweet red sausage all the time in San Francisco but have been unable to find it in Japan so far. That alone made me super excited and happy. We also ordered the thick noodle with sauce (beef), shrimp dumplings, custard mai and soup dumplings. The soup dumplings were super flavorful and had a homey feel. Read moreThe best Hong Kong cuisine, or even Chinese restaurant, I've had in Japan. The taste is extremely authentic; and everything is seasoned perfectly. Food has good umami to it, and the staff are very friendly.
I was recommended the HK Style Beef Ball Noodles soup (¥1280), and while the broth was very clear, it absorbed the umami and fragrance of the onions. The beef balls had a nice chewy and bouncy texture, and the noodles (while a tad soft for my liking) paired well with the soup.
