本場インド料理 タージマハル — Restaurant in Tokyo

First, the staff is amazingly friendly. If you aren’t Japanese, some restaurants in this area can be a bit intimidating at first. The staff at this restaurant made me and my kids feel very welcomed. Also, they speak some English and have an English menu. The people who work there make it a place you want to go to over and over. The food is delicious! I don’t know what the salad dressing is but it’s probably one of the best salad dressings I’ve ever had. I would buy their salad dressing if they sold it in a grocery store. Not only is all of the food great but there are plenty of options, maybe even too many options if there is such a thing! To top it off, the prices are ridiculously inexpensive for what you get. If you’re near Ikebukuro, I highly recommend going to this restaurant. It’s about a block or two from Higashi-Nagasaki station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, which is two stops from Ikebukuro station. There are not a lot of places to see in the area because it’s not a tourist spot, but it’s interesting to go to that area to shop at authentic produce shops, meat shops, and see shrines when no one...

The food is amazing but what I want to highlight apart from that its the atmosphere, is a real family restaurant, there is such a good vibe inside and you can clearly see that the people from the neighborhood come to eat here and they know the staff. I even saw kids playing in the restaurant and everybody knew each other.
