This is a very local restaurant located deep in a residential area of meguro. I’ve noticed this small hole-in-the-wall, but never had a chance to stop by until today.
This is not ramen, but more like “dry” noodles with flavored chillin oils and sauces. The noodles are thick and chewy, and a little twisty to get more oils and sauces with each scoop of noodles. The vinegar should be a little stronger, but overall it’s very tasty with the various toppings.
The price is a bit expensive for what it is in my opinion.
