An excellent experience from the second we walked in the door. Staff were very helpful and super friendly. Everything was very organised. The cats were lovely and very interactive, with some very playful and others very cuddly. The cats are very well taken care of and seem to adore the staff. The coffees were good too. It was so nice! I didn’t speak Japanese, the friendly staff very patiently helped me check in with google translate. This seems like a nice place for cats, there is enough space, it’s very clean, and there are rules in place to respect the cat’s autonomy (eg. no touching them when they’re sleeping). The small number of cats mean the staff can meet the needs of each cat adequately. A very chill place.
