This Sushi restaurant is one of the best I have ever seen. They chose the best fish and the master goes to the Tsukiji market always to get the seasonal fish. 鮮度が悪い。。 卵は黒ずんでる。 ネタも、しゃりも小さい印象。 普通サイズのまぐろは筋が噛みきれなくて口の中に残る。

机も拭かれていなくてほこりっぽかった。 醤油差しも汚れていた...
