Visited on a friend’s recommendation who had plenty of good things to say about Baku, and they were not wrong at all!
The atmosphere, quality of the coffee, and food were all great. There were a variety of South East Asia sourced coffee beans - Thailand, Indonesia, Laos etc - on offer, and I went for Indonesia. The brew was fragrant and light, and went well with the shop’s signature pudding.
Although it is a small venue in terms of size, it felt like it had a large community behind it. A lot of the customers that came through seemed to be regulars and appeared to know each other. Not too surprising as the owner is a friendly character and clearly has a great amount of knowledge on his coffee!

Go there and drink a coffe! ( after the...

It’s an eclectic mix for sure, but one that is rare to find in Tokyo. I went with the beans from Laos and the pour over was excellent. I also ordered the pudding (プリン🍮), which was also tasty. It was on the harder side and the sauce wasn’t too sweet, if that’s to your liking. The space was cool with high ceilings and an almost “workshop” vibe. The owner was nice and...
