Good place to get a rare steak! I love the fatty parts, but they were still a bit chewy for me, despite being from the American countryside, where steak is a staple.

But I understand that a lot of people like the chewy parts! So if you want to chew the fat, so to speak, this place is for you! You'll need time to enjoy it.

We’ve been going to this place for years, sadly the service has gone from so-so to awful. The food’s quality declined . Dry steak .

The most disappointing thing was the owners attitude.

東上線大山駅もしくは中板橋駅から10分くらい、川越街道沿いにあるステーキハウス。ビリー・ザ・キッドの大山店。看板メニューのテキサス・ステーキ400gのセットを頂いた。

店内は西部劇っぽい内装。置いてある置物は直立不動のインディアン。 夜の時間は家族連れでの利用が多そう。

セットで注文。メキサラダ、ライス、ステーキ、食後のコーヒー。ついでにビールも。あとアイス。

ライスは普通盛りを頼んだところお皿にこんもり。普通ってなんだっけ。

酸味の効いたメキサラダを食べながら待っていると、ほどなくステーキも到着。鉄板を埋めつくす肉塊。400gってなんだっけ。

肉は赤身多めの脂身少し。思ったよりもちゃんとしたお肉。ナイフを入れるとたっぷりの肉汁があふれ出て、しかも溶けたバターと混じってもう涎がとまらないたまらない。 卓上のニンニクのすり身と一緒に食べるとさらにいい感じ。夢中で口の中に詰め込んでいると気づいたら食べ終わっている。400gってなんだっけ。

アクセスはちょっと悪いが、塊肉好きはきっと満足で...
