Biton — Restaurant in Tokyo

Ordered spicy tsukemen. Level 3 was almost too spicy. The flavor was great. The noodle texture is plesently chewy, with a flavor that compliments the bold taste of the broth. During luch time a special is avalable. You can choose from extra noodles, marinated egg, or rice for free. Shio ramen was also ordered by our group, it was very delicious, lots of umami flavor with a clean finish.

The Shop is small, and we (group of 4) had to wait a little bit to be seated, but it was well worth the wait.

Parking is available across the street. English is available on the vending machine. Cash only.

The Good: Everything I've tried has been excellent. It's not fancy, but it's extremely tasty and the value is great.

The Bad: The shop is dirty (I don't care.), parking is limited (I'd walk a mile), some may find the ammount of pork topping inadequate. (Everything else makes up for it)

The Bottom line: After 5 years in japan, sampling and reviewing ramen 2-3 times a week, if I had to choose one ramen shop to eat at for the rest of my life. Biton would be a...

年に数回食べに行きます。 10年間通っている大好きなお店です。

接客はまあまあいい人ととても悪い人がいます。もてなされようと思って行ったら後悔します。

オススメは辛つけめん。けっこうガッツリ辛いので辛さの選択には注意してください。CoCo壱3とか一蘭5とか辛紅3とか食べられる普通に唐辛子大丈夫な人なら、2からスタートがオススメ。有名なラーメン屋さんの辛さと違う種類なので辛さの説明が難しいです！ あぶらも入ってるけどあっさりさっぱりしていて酸味を感じます。

連れの方がいる場合は煮魚つけめんを勝手にプッシュしましょう。 辛つけめんと混ぜるとすごい旨いんです…やってみて。

スープ割はポットにアツアツが用意されているので、好きなタイミングで入れられます。そのままでも美味しい、豚骨と香味野菜の香る白濁したスープです。

ネギはごま油とブラックペッパーで和えられたものです。たまにスンゲェ辛いときあるので注意！量もたっぷりで満足。辛いです。

道路の反対側に駐車場がありますが、狭いので、擦らないよう注意してください笑

15時までのランチサービスは味玉か麺半玉か小ライスか選べます。土日祝もサービスあり！ この物価高でも、2-3年同じ価格で続けてくださっています。とさっき気付きました。 食券を買うと出てくるサービス券を10枚集めると一杯無料になります。ありがたいです！
