目黒駅から若干距離があり、席数も充分にあるからか、日中を通してそれ程混雑した様子はなく、容易に席を確保することが出来ると思います。1階だけでなく2階にも客席がありますが、2階への昇降は階段のみであることに注意が必要です。出入口に段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと思うかもしれません。客席は全て禁煙ですが、喫煙スペースが2階にあります。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のカフェ・ヴェローチェと遜色ありません。
