This was my go-to place for food when I worked in the neighborhood. They serve simple cafe fare like quiche, hamburgers, salads, and pasta, but then there are the seasonal dishes like borscht, gapao beef, and one time even venison milanese that the owner said was made from deer sent to him by a relative in Hokkaido. I would always get a "drink/cake set" which at lunchtime included a main dish plus a real espresso drink (not from a push-button machine) and a healthy slice of one of a variety of cakes for just 1,200 yen. Now, the only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is that it is small and weekdays from 12 to 1 it is packed with business people and then after that can be crowded with loud groups of ladies who lunch.
