Chicago Pizza & Volcano Pasta Forne — Restaurant in Tokyo

Went up at ard 12pm and was told that they are fully booked despite having empty seats and tables (ok maybe they are ppl coming soon). I dont mind waiting for a table but this is not offered to me.

Didnt wanna give up and go back at ard 3pm and got a seat. The famous carbonara was sold out. Heard need to book and do reservation for it. So i ordered the meat sauce baked spaghetti for 2700yen?

The food came fast but the meat portion is so little, the cheese is overflowing at the top only and it is not enough for the whole bowl of spaghetti. Trust me, this is an huge bowl of spaghetti but the meat and cheese is just on the top layer. After i stirred it, the middle portion is not hot, just warm to the point that my finger is totally fine placing there forever. Feels like it was precooked spaghetti and throw into the oven for the cheese to melt and serve.

Did not finish the food cause it’s just left with 1/2 of spaghetti with tomato sauce. Oh and not to mention the service sucks too, those waiters dont seem happy working there. Very different vibes from other Japanese restaurants haha.

Bad experience. The place closes at 11:00 pm, we came at around 8 pm in the middle of the week, we were informed we had one hour only, wasn’t explained much- we assumed it was because of reservations etc, (mind you the whole place had 3 occupied tables and was almost empty), we looked through the menu and felt very rushed by the staff, when we got the dishes they were incredibly small and not so good, but after we got our order they said we cant order anymore, even when we ordered another cola the bartender said to us “this is the last one you can order”. We were practically shoved out while, mind you the other 3 tables were still there and the whole place was empty. We think it has to do with the fact were not Japanese, and are tourists, the feeling we left...

We seen this place trending few months ago and now came to japan , if you like chese and pasta this place for you it is tasty we took 3 dishes and everyone of them was great 1 appetizer of shrimp tempura were really delicious Bacon volcano pasta were really tasty with straight pasta inside on a pot with alot of chese and bacon bits + 2 big slices And The main show the single pasta with meat and bacon bits Single noodle sirlion meat bonera - Very appealing and tasty great show and the combination of of both meat and the cheesy pasta is awesome they have truffle powder that goes good with it

In overall really recommending the place not pricey and tasty, we came here at 13:00 without...
