Unfortunately, this restaurant isn't prepared to serve international tourists, especially given its prime location in a popular tourist spot. I visited for breakfast and encountered several issues. The restaurant uses a QR order system, but when I selected English, only the main titles were translated (see screenshot taken from their QR ordering system). Even a simple Google Translate when setting up the menu would have fixed all this small language problem. The sub-options remained in Japanese, which led to selecting the wrong items. This mistake forced me to top up my order later, preventing me from getting the promotional coffee price. The waitress's proficiency in English was almost non-conversational.
We ordered two sets of pancakes, but only one was served. When I reminded the waitress, she responded with "okay, okay," yet nothing arrived for another 20 minutes. In total, we waited almost an hour to receive both sets. The food quality was also unimpressive and not worth the price.
If you're visiting Tokyo Skytree and looking for a coffee place, I recommend exploring other nearby options. Sadly, the Japanese government needs to do more to improve English proficiency among...
Read moreThis place is inside the Skytree Mall. The spot is really nice especially if you want to see the Skytree. We came here just to grab a dessert because the parfait looks nice when we saw their poster outside.
First, you need to write your name to get a seating inside. The wait is about 20 to 30 minutes since we came here during lunch time. When we came inside, we ordered through QR Code which is a very interesting idea especially since they have tons of foreigners visitors. We didn't got their pasta but rather their Strawberry Waffles and Choco Banana Parfait and another Strawberry Parfait.
They first served the Waffles and it was very pretty. When we taste it, it was not that sweet and it was really good. I was shocked at the Quantity of their parfait. It was so large and I was so full afterwards. It was very sweet and if you don't have sweet tooth like us, the waffle is much more recommended to try! Less sweeter than the parfait.
The atmosphere is okay but since there's a lot of people eating here, I cannot help it but to quickly finish our food.
Overall, the experience is really nice and I'm looking forward to try their...

it is located at fourth floor, west yard, of tokyo solamachi building, offering japanese style pasta, risotto and desserts which include waffles, puddings and parfait, drinks include tea, coffee, latte, drinks, juice, floats, sour, alcohol and wine!
we came in the afternoon and had lunch here, we ordered butter chicken curry, served with rice, bean and mushroom salad with homemade dashi dressing, soy milk carbonara with mushroom and bacon, turnip and eggplant with shiso leaf genovese, for dessert, we shared the waffle with praline chocolate and banana, well, admittedly the price is a bit pricey, but we considered it really value for money given the pleasant warm environment and the food quality which we enjoyed much!
actually the restaurant was quite full when we came, we are thankful that we did not need to wait long...
