I found this hidden-away gem of a coffee shop back in December 2022. Ever since, whenever I am in Tokyo, I make sure to swing by here for a cup of coffee. This place is a whole other level of wonderful experience. Izumi & Katano are lovely people, and they are coffee experts. They have coffee from all corners of the world here. And the food they serve compliments the coffee. A unique place to relax, read a book, or enjoy a conversation with them (or the locals) while the carefully selected music plays on the record. I will share the enthusiasm others have posted here: I had the best drip coffee in my life and I want to come back to try the different roasts. I recommend the Indonesia Mandheling Lake Tower coffee for your first time. Even if you don’t like acidic coffee, you need to try it because the way the acidicness stops perfectly was mindblowing.
