Stepping into COUNTERPART COFFEE GALLERY, the first thing to strike you is the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The staff, proficient in English and ever-smiling, ensures a seamless and friendly interaction, no matter where you're from.

Their coffee is a symphony of well-balanced flavors, each cup crafted with passion and expertise. The taste is excellent, satisfying both casual drinkers and coffee connoisseurs alike.

The ambiance is enhanced by the soothing strains of jazz music playing in the background, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy your coffee. What's more, the window seating offers a delightful view of the busy street outside, great for people watching or enjoying your brew with a side of city life.

In a nutshell, COUNTERPART COFFEE GALLERY is a must-visit for its excellent coffee, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and charming city views. A true oasis amidst the...

One of the best artisan coffee shops I visited over a couple months in Tokyo and around Japan. They serve high quality and very delicious pour overs and coffee drinks. Right now the single origin selection is 2 Ethiopian and 2 Colombian. I recommend the Colombian Cauca Santuario but it will run out soon so hurry!

The space is hip modern and cozy. 3 floors with small rooms but plenty of seating and big windows allowing lots of bright natural light on every floor. Soft jazz music in the background.

The owners Rui and his wife are super friendly and personable, and both speak English. They were very warm and made me feel welcomed like a good friend. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. I visited many top notch artisan coffee shops but I visited here more than once because it’s best overall coffee experience I’ve...

As I could see their good prides from the shop’s atmosphere or posture and from the price tags, the coffee beans I chose to get brewed were indeed superb. From a poor soul like myself, however, a cup of coffee in Nishi-Shinjuku at Y1.2K is indeed dear.

The dine in counter on the ground floor (didn’t reach upstairs) was neat and bright with no interference for drinking in thinking, but, somehow I got out of there only after 10 minutes or so.

Various other coffee (including some less expensive choices), non-coffee and even some alcohol menus are available alongside some minikin munches and sweets… might be next time when I feel better...
