The Service is bad, I ordered my salad before I order my pint. The pint was late and the salad never arrived. While waiting for my salad I decided to order another dish and it arrived before my salad. I had to ask for my salad again to get it. The guy setting beside me waited over 10 mn to get his pint and he had to ask again to get it. One of the guys who worked there looked so drunk while serving people, he was wasted and he was staring to customer like an idiot. They didn’t offer me any wet towel or napkins which is very unusal in japan and I noticed other customers already have, so I had to ask to get one. They offered my some nuts in shot glass and I though it was service “for free” but they charged me 300yen for this and when I asked them they said “table charge, sorry it’s Japanese style”. In general, very bad experience and I don’t...
Read moreThis place can be very hit or miss, depending on the menu, time of year, and where you're sitting. The first time I was here it was great, mostly because there was an anniversary happy hour and some great beers on the menu. Pictured is the Hokkaido Melon Wheat beer, which in all my times in Japan I haven't been able to find since. It was phenomenal. Worth a go if you're really craving craft beer but I'd just stick with Suntory Premium Malts and Strong...
Read moreI actually decided to update my review on this place. The chef has changed and they increased their prices immensely while cutting corners on food. You used to have a great selection of imported pints for the price of 780. They raised the prices to 1280 of all the nice American imports and even don't offer enough of the great breweries in Japan. I'll never go to this location again or beer boy. Go to Bairds or the other craft beer market locations that offer a way better selection at a...
