I came to Cultiver with my wife for our wedding anniversary and we had the closed course menu. The chef received us and accompanied us to our table, where he presented the seasonal veggies we would later find in every dish. The food was a delicious, delicate, very well conceptualized and executed fusion of French cuisine with Japanese ingredients and flavors. The place was cozy and quiet, the chef introduced every dish and answered our questions with pleasure.
