superb! aging steak really tastes good! there are different kinds of course but you can order per as you want from their menu.they offer takeout and party food as well.they have only 3 space for parking and they will advise you to park in nearby tama garden building, a mall where you can park 3hours for free.staff are nice and its good some1 can also speak in english.most of the customers are group of ladies.Piece of advice:better make a reservation first! Im with the customers inline waiting but i didnt know they were all reserved! They will advise you to call them after 1 hour, but I chose to wait for 1hour. their salad and drinks are Good!...

This was a really nice find. It seems to be a popular place since I went for lunch but couldn’t go in because the whole place was reserved. Might want to call first to save yourself a trip. I was really surprised by all the meat in the restaurant, it was really cool. I ordered one of the dinner courses and everything was really good. お料理はとても美味しかったのですが、一人の女性の店員さんの接客が気になりました。

ランチメニューに付く、セットサラダやスープ、ポテトがすべて¥0の表記だったため、プレートを注文した後にサラダを追加しました。すると伝票にサラダのプラス料金が記載されており、0円ではなかったのかな？と思い質問したところ、サイドメニュー三つのうちから一つを選ぶものであったようでした。しかしそのような説明を受けていませんでしたし、初めにプレート名で注文しただけ（ローストビーフライスを一つ　など）なのに「最初にポテトを注文されましたよね？そして追加でサラダを注文されたので別料金です」などと言われました。普通、サイドメニュー選択のルールがあるのならば、プレート注文時にセットはどちらになさいますか？などと聞くと思うのですが。 こちらの確認不足もありますし、美味しくいただけたので構わないのですが、ポテトを注文した覚えはないのにそのような言い方をされた、そして追加料金がかかることの説明、その質問をした時点で誤解が生じていることが発覚したにも関わらずひとつも謝罪がなかったことにモヤっとしました。謝ってほしいわけではありませんが。 それだけのことならこちらに書き込むことはないのですが、料理の提供時の態度やセットメニュー以外の質問をした時の対応がぶっきらぼうで気になりました。また他のお客様の赤子を仕事中に抱き上げていたり、職場に食べにきたお知り合いなのかもしれませんがなんだかな、と感じる点が多かったです。アルバイトの学生さんではなく社員さん？パートさん？のように見えたので書かせていただきました。 以前から何度か訪れているお店でしたがいままでこのようなことはなく、他の店員さんは気持ちの良い接客をして下さって...
