A first time visit to Denny's in Japan was definitely a positive one. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Take time to peruse the menu as this is not the conventional US selection of "Moons over my hammy", or "Superbirds". Be sure to add on the "all you can drink bar" to save money if you are thirsty, which consists of, soft drinks, teas, and coffee both...

I ordered this chicken jimbalaya and i strictly mentioned to the waitress that i have allergy from pork and can’t eat it. Yet she carelessly approved my order while it had pork! This is 100% not acceptable!!!!! Not only this but they know you joined the membership application and still they don’t scan your membership id to give you points. Worst...

何度も利用しております。 接客に対しては、可も無く不可も無くという感じなのですがお料理に対しての愛情が感じられません。

初回…サラダの器に大きなヒビが入っており、破片などが入っていたら嫌なのでお皿ごと新しいサラダにお取り替え

二回目…旦那さんのカレードリアに髪の毛が混入→三分の一ほど食べていましたがお料理ごとお取り替え

三回目…サラダの具材不足→一度下げて頂き、足りない物を入れて頂きました

四回目…チキン＆ヒレカツを頼みましたが、ヒレカツが乗ってない→ヒレカツだけあとから持ってきてくれれば良かったのに(せめてこちらに聞いて欲しかったです)、チキンごと下げられ旦那さんが食べ終わった頃にチキン＆ヒレカツ到着

覚えている限りこんな感じです。 調理担当の方はもちろんですが、お料理を運ぶホール側の方々も気をつけて頂ければ防げた事もあるかと思いますので、どうかこの口コミが関係者様のお目に触れて...

This is 100% not acceptable!!!!! Not only this but they know you joined the membership application and still they don’t scan your membership id to give you points. Worst employees ever!
