Ganso Aburadou Kamiyachō — Restaurant in Tokyo

Amazing, through and through! The ramen is so flavorful and delicious. Note that this isn’t the soup+ramen that tourists might be used to so look it up. We barely added anything to our ramen and jt burst into flavor with every bite and we couldn’t stop eating till our bowl was done! Drinks are free (except beer) which is a great plus. Moreover, a big special PLUS for the service and staff. Everything was ready within minutes and they were always sensing if we needed anything. Then we walked out thanking them and they were so kind. A few mins later we remembered that we had forgotten our backpack in the restaurant and suddenly our chef was running speedily towards us with bag in hand! The relief and the gratitude that washed over us was immense. There’s a reason why people trust each other so much here. Thank you!

It's basically (really good) pasta with parmesan, egg, thin sliced pork, and some other stuff added.

Tourists shouldn't worry, they have forks.

No water and not too much that can spill on you if you're not used to this kind of food, so that's a good thing (they also have one of those paper aprons if you are worried)

They have over 8 different kinds of toppings and powders to add to make it your own.

Staff looks like they're having fun, given its a sunday afternoon. Courteous, attentive, positive.

Place looks freshly renovated, premium

Free water and tea from metal cups rather than plastic or paper.

Size can be chosen - regular, large, extra large, at no additional cost!!

And all that for barely $10 per person in one of the most expensive parts of Tokyo?!

What more could you want.

Worth it - tourists...

This is NOT authentic Japanese ramen, but you’ll enjoy every delicious bite!! Bouncy chewy pasta flour noodles are filling. Large assortment of spices and condiments at your disposal.

Order: Enter and order on a PASMO kiosk. Accepts some Japanese payment options and cash. Host will take your order and seat you along the horse shoe bar surrounding the open kitchen. Chef will deliver you a broth less bowl of your ramen elements. Create, pour (broth), and add away with a large selection of spices and condiments.
