This was the first time I tried Fugu, the poisonous blowfish that can kill an adult man if not properly cleaned!
I had asked a friend of mine who lives in Tokyo to find a reputable (I didn’t wanna die) place to eat Fugu and this place did not disappoint. Not only am I still alive on the day after to tell this story, but also the service was impeccable and the food itself was amazing. Fugu is a white type of fish and the texture is a bit hard, but definitely softer than squid or octopus. We ended up having the Fugu sashimi, fried Fugu and also soup made from the broth of cooking it. I loved all 3 and would definitely go again.
Great plus for me was that this restaurant accepts all major US credit cards, including Amex.

This is the first time we have Fugu. Although the staff can only communicate with limited English, the service was still excellent. We enjoyed the service and food very much. We noticed that many locals come to this place as well.
I would recommend this restaurant if you want to try a variety of Fugu dishes. They have English/Chinese menus.
One thing to keep in mind if you can't read Japanese: only the Japanese names of the restaurant are displayed at the door. Make sure you know where the restaurant...
